Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our real estate sales team. The candidate should have proven experience in core sales, strong customer handling ability, and a successful track record in lead conversion and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle walk-in customers and provide detailed project information.
  • Manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
  • Drive site visits and property presentations for potential buyers.
  • Convert prospects into successful sales closures.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain sales reports, lead status, and MIS updates.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in core sales in Real Estate / Automobile / Home Loans sectors.
  • Proven ability in lead conversion and sales closures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Ability to maintain organized reports and sales records.
