Sales Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, based in Daskroi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective negotiation and communication. Day-to-day tasks will include prospecting new leads, preparing strategic presentations, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs. The role also involves staying informed about market trends to adapt strategies accordingly and contribute to the company’s growth.

• Sales and Business Development skills with experience in lead generation, client prospecting, and deal closing
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Knowledge of Market Trends and the ability to adapt strategies for customer engagement and retention
• Organizational and Analytical skills for creating strategic sales plans and achieving targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is preferred
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Relevant sales experience or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
