Job Description
ABD Talent is seeking a Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound leads. This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation role. All leads are generated by our marketing and business development efforts and provided to you.
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Experience: 3–4 Years
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and skilled at building relationships and moving prospects through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients.
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls with hiring managers and business owners.
- Understand client hiring needs and explain ABD Talent's recruitment services.
- Follow up consistently with prospects via phone, email, and text.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activities.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Prepare service agreements and assist with client onboarding.
- Maintain a strong conversion rate from inquiry to signed client.
- Provide regular pipeline and sales activity updates.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or business development.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based business owners and decision-makers.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
- Recruitment or staffing industry experience is a plus but not required.
