ABD Talent is seeking a Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound leads. This is not a cold-calling or lead-generation role. All leads are generated by our marketing and business development efforts and provided to you.


Shift Timings: 6:30 PM IST – 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Experience: 3–4 Years


The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly organized, and skilled at building relationships and moving prospects through the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients.
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls with hiring managers and business owners.
  • Understand client hiring needs and explain ABD Talent's recruitment services.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects via phone, email, and text.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and track sales activities.
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Prepare service agreements and assist with client onboarding.
  • Maintain a strong conversion rate from inquiry to signed client.
  • Provide regular pipeline and sales activity updates.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based business owners and decision-makers.
  • Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
  • Recruitment or staffing industry experience is a plus but not required.
