Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Ballia for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, managing leads, and building strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and working closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment. The Sales Executive will also maintain records of client interactions and provide ongoing support to drive customer satisfaction and achieve revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication, Presenting, and Persuasive Selling abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and understanding Sales Technology
  • Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and track progress against targets
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Experience in the real estate or education industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Self-motivated with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
