Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Executive will focus on developing and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing accounts, conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and collaborating with team members to implement strategic sales plans. The role also involves presenting product offerings, negotiating deals, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Market research and analytical abilities to identify opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Prior experience in the beauty, personal care, or consumer goods industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively as a team player.
  • Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment with effective time management and organizational skills.
