This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Dubai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include managing clients' container rental needs, proposing customized solutions, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer requirements. The role also involves tracking market trends and generating regular reports to support business strategies and growth initiatives.
- Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to identify and close opportunities
- Strong Client Relationship Management and Communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Negotiation and Contract Management skills
- Capability to conduct Market Analysis and stay updated on industry trends
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other Sales-related digital platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in logistics, container rental, or supply chain industries is a plus
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet sales targets consistently
