The Opportunity: Full-Time Delegates - Sales & Event Associate
Location: On-site in Mumbai (Malad-West)
This is a critical, high-impact role where you will be instrumental in driving the success of our portfolio of events. You will combine your sharp sales experience.
Key Responsibilities: Drive Revenue & Deliver Events
- High-Value Sales: Proactively engage and secure sales for all event components, including:
- Partnership & Sponsorship Packages
- Exhibit Space
- Delegate & Attendee Tickets
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and align them with the perfect BlueTech-Media solution.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience from sale to execution.
- Event Execution & Management: Take an active role in the live event operations, managing logistics, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the conference, conclave, or training along with management and team members
We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented professional with a genuine passion for sales, business development, marketing any relevant industry
Required Qualifications (But Not Mandatory):
- Proven Sales Acumen: Demonstrated experience in Sales, Business Development, or high-value Client Engagement.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong Sales Communication and Negotiation Skills—you can clearly articulate value and close deals effectively.
- Results-Driven Track Record: A documented history of meeting and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Autonomy & Teamwork: The ability to be highly effective both working independently (self-starter) and as a collaborative member of a fast-paced team.
- Organizational Mastery: Proficiency in CRM Software, Excel/Worksheet Management, and Data Organization.
- Digital Proficiency: Strong skills in Online Research, LinkedIn, and social media to identify and connect with key prospects.
- Problem-Solver: High Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills—you thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
Desirable (But Not Mandatory) Experience:
- Experience within the Media, Corporate Training, or Event Management, industry is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
