Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Estimator for a full-time hybrid role based in Oklahoma City, OK, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Estimator will prepare detailed project estimates, collaborate with the sales and business development teams, and provide expert customer service. Responsibilities include analyzing project plans, determining resource requirements, and delivering pricing proposals that align with company standards and client expectations. This role contributes to both residential and commercial service operations, ensuring accurate and efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Sales and Business Development to identify opportunities, drive revenue, and expand client relationships.
• Expertise in Project Estimation for accurately assessing project requirements, costs, and timelines.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electric, and plumbing systems is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience in sales estimation.
