Sales Engineer (Static Equipment / Process Equipment)

About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Engineer with a strong background in static/process equipment (pressure vessels, tanks, reactors, scrubbers, columns, heat exchangers, skids, and similar plant machinery) to drive technical sales for our Bio-CNG and EPC offerings. This role sits at the intersection of engineering and client-facing sales — you'll need to speak the language of process equipment fluently while closing deals that matter.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technical sales for static/process equipment used in Bio-CNG and EPC projects (vessels, tanks, reactors, scrubbers, skids, piping systems, etc.)
• Understand client process requirements and translate them into technical-commercial proposals
• Prepare techno-commercial offers, BOQs, quotations, and equipment specifications
• Liaise with design, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure feasibility and smooth handover post-sale
• Build and manage relationships with EPC contractors, industrial clients, and channel partners
• Support marketing efforts — contribute to technical sales collateral, attend industry exhibitions/trade shows, and help boost brand visibility
• Track competitor offerings, equipment pricing trends, and market movement in the process equipment space
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in sales of static/process equipment (pressure vessels, tanks, reactors, heat exchangers, skid-mounted systems, or similar)
• Strong technical grounding — ability to read P&IDs/GA drawings and discuss equipment specs confidently with clients
• Prior exposure to EPC, oil & gas, chemical, renewable energy, or industrial process industries preferred
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Willingness to relocate to Lucknow and work full-time from office
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering (preferred); MBA is a plus
