We are looking for fresher / experienced Sales professionals to join our team and drive business growth in the Diesel Generator segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, especially in the electrical or mechanical engineering sector, and a proven track record of building client relationships, meeting sales targets, and expanding market reach.


Role Description

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their power solution needs, providing technical expertise, and closing sales deals within the designated market segments.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and develop new business opportunities.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and set individual sales goals.

· Contact potential customers, over calls, emails and in person meets.

· Understand customers’ requirements and recommend the appropriate technical solution.

· Prepare and draft proposals and quotes based on customers’ needs.

· Handling and resolving customer’s inquiries in a timely manner.

· Maintain accurate and regular records of leads, inquiries and follow – ups in the CRM software.

· Coordinate with the internal departments for timely dispatch and payment follow-up.

· Creating and maintaining customer relationship database.

· Achieving monthly / quarterly / annual individual sales targets.

. Contribute to the regional business goals and achievement


Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree - Electrical / Mechanical / Automobile Engg.
  • Technical sales experience. Exp - 0-5 Yrs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and propose appropriate power solutions
  • Experience in the power generation industry is a plus.
  • Preference will be to candidates having contacts with dealers / consultants / architects / HVAC consultants / real estate companies / industries / freelancers etc.


Industries preferred : DG SETS / Transformer / Pumps / LT HT Panels / Construction Equipments / Elevators / Escalators/ Large Inverters / UPS
