Hiring: Senior Engineer – Sales / Engineer – Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and technically sound professionals for the position of Senior Engineer – Sales / Engineer – Sales for industrial field sales. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer visits, generating enquiries, handling technical discussions, and developing new clients across various industrial segments. The role requires extensive field travelling, strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to independently handle customer relationships and sales activities.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular sales visits to industrial customers across assigned territories
  2. Generate new business opportunities and develop new clients
  3. Identify and develop industry contractors, consultants, OEMs, EPC companies, and end users
  4. Handle technical discussions and understand customer application requirements
  5. Prepare and coordinate technical and commercial offers with the back-office team
  6. Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations, approvals, and orders
  7. Coordinate with principal companies/OEMs for technical support, procurement, and dispatch
  8. Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers for repeat business and upcoming requirements
  9. Generate enquiries through field visits, references, industrial directories, IndiaMART, Justdial, TradeIndia, LinkedIn, etc.
  10. Promote company products and solutions to new and existing clients
  11. Achieve sales targets and business development objectives, and maintain customer visit reports and sales pipeline data


Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Technically sound with a good understanding of industrial products and applications
  2. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  3. Self-motivated and capable of independently handling field sales activities
  4. Ready for extensive travelling across industrial areas
  5. Must possess own conveyance
  6. Knowledge of pumps, filtration, HVAC, process equipment, automation, or industrial products will be preferred
  7. Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and contractors


Experience:

  1. 2–10 Years preferred
  2. Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Chemical or related Engineering field
  3. Industry Preference: Industrial Products / Pumps / HVAC / Filtration / Automation / Process Equipment / Engineering Sales
  4. Salary: Best in Industry + Incentives + Travel Reimbursement
