Sales Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer, based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for promoting and selling industrial fluid solutions, providing technical support to clients, and assisting with the selection and specification of suitable products. Responsibilities include conducting customer interactions, responding to inquiries, understanding technical requirements, and delivering solutions that align with industry-specific needs. The role also involves engaging with the clients to build and maintain long-term relationships through excellent service and support.

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and expertise in promoting technical products and solutions
• Strong skills in Technical Support with the ability to specify and recommend appropriate products
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships
• Proven experience in Sales with the ability to meet or exceed targets
• Sound problem-solving skills and ability to understand complex technical requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical or a related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in the industrial solutions or fluid systems domain is a plus
