Company: Secure Innovative Solutions LLP Location: Gujarat Region Experience: 1?5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Company Secure Innovative Solutions LLP is a leading manufacturer of advanced physical security systems and entrance control solutions, including boom barriers, tripod turnstiles, swing barriers, full-height turnstiles, crash-rated bollards, road blockers, tire killers, security fences, and automated access systems. We serve critical infrastructure, government organizations, industries, commercial buildings, airports, and high-security facilities across India. Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic, technically skilled Sales Engineer with hands-on experience in physical security, automation, and entrance control products. The ideal candidate should be capable of generating business, handling customer requirements, understanding technical specifications, and providing on-site solution support across Gujarat. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development ? Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in industrial, commercial, and government sectors across Gujarat. ? Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for physical security and entrance control products. ? Conduct client meetings, site surveys, and technical discussions to understand requirements. ? Prepare proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers. 2. Technical Expertise ? Demonstrate strong understanding of products such as: ? Boom Barriers ? Tripod Turnstiles ? Swing Barriers ? Full Height Turnstiles ? Crash-Rated Bollards & Road Blockers ? Tyre Killers ? Access Control & Integration ? Provide pre-sales technical support and solution designing as per site conditions. 3. Customer Relationship Management ? Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, system integrators, architects, PMC consultants, and end-users. ? Provide after-sales coordination between the customer, service team, and internal departments. ? Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals. 4. Market Intelligence ? Track competitors? products, pricing, and market trends in Gujarat. ? Share periodic reports on sales performance and market insights with management. 5. Coordination & Reporting ? Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, service, logistics) for timely delivery and installation support. ? Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Skills ? 1?5 years of experience selling physical security, automation, or entrance control systems. ? Strong technical understanding of electromechanical and electro-hydraulic security equipment. ? Ability to conduct site visits and create solution-based proposals. ? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ? Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). ? Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Gujarat. Preferred Skills ? Experience working with system integrators, EPC contractors, consultants, and government tenders. ? Knowledge of access control, surveillance systems, and project execution processes. Education ? Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or similar technical field.
