Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate solutions, and driving sales. Daily tasks include providing technical support to clients, working closely with the internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand the market presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering
• Strong interpersonal and Communication skills
• Ability to provide Technical Support and troubleshoot customer issues effectively
• Excellent Customer Service orientation and client relationship management skills
• Experience in industrial equipment or manufacturing sectors is an advantage
