With a strong presence in Sugar, Power, Cement, Water, and Metal sectors , our portfolio includes turnkey automation projects, electrical panels, retrofits, and customer support services. Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong Sales Engineer to promote and sell automation and electrical solutions to industrial clients. The role requires strong technical knowledge, client engagement skills, and a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Generate enquiries and convert them into orders for automation systems, VFDs, electrical panels, and spares. Assist senior sales team in preparing proposals, technical documentation, and presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with plant engineers, procurement, and maintenance teams at client sites. Conduct site visits to collect technical requirements and provide inputs for solution design. Coordinate with engineering and service teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify new business opportunities. Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular progress reports. Requirements B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation . 3 to 5 years of experience in Industrial Sales (preferably Automation, Electrical, or Process Industry equipment). Strong technical understanding of automation systems, drives, and electrical panels. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
