Key Responsibilities Generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into paying customers through effective sales techniques. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and achieving sales targets. Developing a deep understanding of our product offerings and their applications to effectively address customer inquiries and provide solutions. Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Preparing accurate sales reports and providing insights to management for strategic decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (preferred) 2-3 years of experience, preferably in automation products such as PLC, HMI, VFDs, control panels, and gearboxes Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with CRM software (a plus) About Company: RECKERS provides high-performance and value-based automation, PLC, DCS, process plant, power, and energy monitoring solutions, including instrumentation.
