The Opportunity

We're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven SDR who enjoys creating opportunities and starting conversations.

If you're energized by prospecting, opening new doors, and turning introductions into lasting business relationships, you'll fit right in. You'll play a key role in expanding our client portfolio by engaging decision-makers across India, the UK, Dubai and APAC.


What You'll Do

  • Research and identify prospective clients within our specialist sectors
  • Generate new business through LinkedIn, email, networking and outbound calling
  • Connect with Founders, CTOs, CFOs, HR Leaders and Hiring Managers
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for the leadership team
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
  • Partner with our recruitment consultants to support new client acquisition


What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years' experience in Business Development, Recruitment Sales, Staffing or B2B Sales
  • Confident communicator with excellent phone and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and handling objections
  • Self-motivated, organised and results-oriented
  • A proactive mindset with the drive to exceed targets
  • Previous exposure to recruitment, staffing or our specialist markets is an advantage
