Responsibilities
- Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire new customers for web-application development services.
- Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, referrals, and online research.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Solution Presentations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Cyberei Technologies' capabilities and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached. Close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers and developers, to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to the management team.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Commission Structure: Enjoy a competitive commission structure, earning a straight 5% commission on every deal closed, providing the opportunity for uncapped earning potential.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Masters preferred.
