- Base Salary: 60,000 USD per year
- Target Variable Compensation: 50,000 USD per year

Who You Are
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or SDR role (required)

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to clearly articulate value and adapt messaging to different audiences

- Ability to leverage personal or professional networks to create opportunities
- Creative approach to outreach and prospecting
- Comfortable engaging cold prospects

- Learns quickly from feedback and applies it immediately
- Comfortable operating with evolving processes and playbooks
- Nice-to-have experience
- Healthcare industry or Salesforce experience is a plus
- Prospect and initiate business relationships to generate new demo opportunities within a designated healthcare segment
- Utilize social selling and networking (personal and company) to make connections with contacts at target accounts
- Perform outbound activities including cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach to build a strong pipeline
- Qualify leads, determine buying readiness and timelines, and schedule demos. Once a demo is scheduled, you'll hand off the opportunity to an Account Executive to continue the sales process.
- Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our CRM
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to network and generate leads (~20% travel)
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on qualified opportunities
