About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Development Representative (SDR/MDR) who will drive outbound lead generation, pipeline development, and early-stage client engagement for our AI platform and technology services offerings.


In this role, you will identify potential enterprise customers, conduct targeted outreach campaigns, and qualify opportunities for the sales team. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to support demand generation initiatives and build a strong pipeline of business opportunities.


This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy prospecting, engaging with global clients, and working in a fast-paced B2B technology environment.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and research potential enterprise clients across target industries and geographies
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns
  • Plan and execute personalized outreach campaigns and LinkedIn/email sequences
  • Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential opportunities


Sales Development

  • Engage with enterprise decision-makers including CTOs, CIOs, Heads of AI/Data, and Product Leaders
  • Understand customer challenges and position relevant AI, automation, and cloud solutions
  • Qualify opportunities based on business need, technology fit, budget, and decision authority
  • Schedule discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team


Market & Account Research

  • Conduct deep account research to understand technology landscapes, digital initiatives, and strategic priorities
  • Identify opportunities related to digital transformation, AI adoption, automation, and cloud modernization
  • Map key stakeholders and buying committees within target accounts


Collaboration with Marketing

  • Work closely with growth marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies
  • Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, events, campaigns, and content-led demand generation
  • Share prospect insights and feedback to improve targeting and messaging


CRM & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Track outreach performance, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics
  • Continuously optimize prospecting strategies based on performance data


Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Marketing Development roles
  • Experience in prospecting for AI products, SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or IT services
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • Basic understanding of AI technologies, cloud platforms, or enterprise software ecosystems
  • Proven track record of generating qualified B2B leads and sales opportunities
  • Strong experience in outbound prospecting and enterprise lead generation
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Experience engaging with enterprise or mid-market technology buyers


Preferred (Nice to Have):

Exposure to Middle Eastern markets or global enterprise clients
