Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Development Manager. The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and generating new leads, managing a sales team, and driving sales operations to meet business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include building relationships with prospective clients, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering solutions that align with client needs. The role will work closely with a dynamic team to expand the studio’s client base and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage inbound and outbound leads for residential and commercial interior projects
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and present design solutions
• Work closely with the design team to develop proposals and project estimates
• Follow up consistently with prospects to drive conversions and close projects
• Build relationships with brokers, architects, and referral partners to generate new leads
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track leads through the CRM process
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in sales/business development (Mandatory in interiors, real estate, or architecture)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong track record of lead conversion and client relationship management
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into project opportunities
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
