Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District. This role supports the sales team by managing day-to-day coordination activities such as preparing proposals, updating sales records, and organizing customer meetings and demos. The Sales Coordinator will handle incoming inquiries, respond to customer requests, maintain CRM data, and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and technical teams to align customer needs with ManAIhub’s AI solutions for manufacturing. The Sales Coordinator will also assist in preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and helping to plan events, webinars, and community activities related to sales outreach.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills, including managing pipelines, tracking activities, and supporting the sales process.
  • Candidates should have solid Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, build relationships, and provide clear, professional responses.
  • Candidates should demonstrate core Sales skills, such as lead follow-up, basic negotiation support, and collaboration with sales representatives.
  • Relevant experience in B2B or technology services, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, or AI/analytics environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office productivity software.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in an on-site setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams and interest in AI-driven manufacturing solutions.
