THIS POSITION IS BASED IN KLK OLEO INDIA, located in Mumbai, India


Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the monitoring of daily operation of sales administration and operational functions.
  • Coordinate end-to-end order processing upon sales confirmation to material dispatch, ensuring timely execution of sales orders
  • Provide support on delivery schedules.
  • Process sales order with using SAP system.
  • Monitor and keep track on documents & shipment delivery as per schedule. Act as the primary liaison between Sales, CHA, Transporters and Customers to ensure smooth material movement
  • Familiar with shipping Incoterm and Letter of Credit. Manage import clearance and bonded warehouse operations
  • Effective time management is essential, strong critical thinking & ability to solve complex problems effectively.
  • Must be a highly organized individual and self starter
  • Detailed oriented, capable of following complex procedures which require tracking of pending items for timely follow-up, use of multiple systems, and an ability to troubleshoot one’s own problem and determine necessary course of action(s) to resolve.


Job Success Requirements

  • Degree/ Diploma with a minimum of 2-5 years related working experience, preferably in manufacturing industries.
  • Preferably with experience in sales administration, customer service representative, customers liaison, export and shipping documentation, intercoms and preparation of reports.
  • Computer literacy and well-versed in order processing softwares, SAP
  • Good track record of responsibility, resourceful and able to work independently.
