Role Description

This is a full-time and on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will manage day-to-day sales operations, assist in coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensure smooth communication between departments. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, supporting sales processes, maintaining and updating sales documentation, and assisting in the resolution of client queries. The role requires strong multitasking and organizational skills to ensure efficiency in sales workflows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Background in Sales and relationship management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Professional proficiency in using sales software/tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
