Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and dispatch planning

Maintain sales records, order tracking, and customer details

Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and performance dashboards

Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution

Supply Chain ManagementCoordinate with logistics, plant, and warehouse teams for timely product dispatch

Monitor inventory levels and ensure product availability

Track shipments and maintain dispatch schedules

Ensure proper documentation for orders, invoices, and deliveries

Reporting & Data ManagementMaintain and update sales data and reports using MS Excel

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management

Analyze sales and dispatch data to identify trends and improve efficiency
