Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator located in Gurgaon. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supporting sales operations, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring consistent communication across all channels. Additional responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, preparing sales reports, and addressing customer inquiries promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support and streamline sales activities
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to engage clients and maintain relationships
- Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
