Role Description The Sales Consultant role at Vips Media is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. In this role, the Sales Consultant will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their business needs and present tailored AI automation solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, managing the sales pipeline, following up on leads, and preparing proposals. The Sales Consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and high customer satisfaction, while maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves building long-term relationships, gathering feedback from clients, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess client needs and recommend effective automation solutions.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure positive client experiences and sustained partnerships.
  • Excellent Communication skills for presenting solutions, negotiating, and maintaining clear, professional interactions.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet targets, and work with CRM tools and digital sales workflows.
  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or technology-driven solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and self-driven approach to work.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams on-site in Raipur.
