Role Description

This full-time Sales Consultant role is an on-site position based in Thiruvananthapuram. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, offering tailored consulting to meet client needs, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include providing exceptional customer service, identifying client requirements, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction through post-sales support. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients and collaboration with internal teams to achieve business objectives.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Consulting and a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and ability to address client needs effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships
  • Experience in Customer Service to provide seamless support and care
  • Consulting expertise to deliver tailored solutions for clients
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of the employee recognition or HR technology space is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
