As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and a goal-oriented mindset.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

β€’ Conduct cold calls to introduce our financial services

β€’ Engage potential clients and understand their requirements

β€’ Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

β€’ Maintain a database with proper call notes and updates

β€’ Follow up with prospects and nurture potential clients

β€’ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets

β€’ Handle client queries and objections professionally

β€’ Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover

β€’ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field

β€’ Experience in cold calling or telecalling preferred

β€’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

β€’ Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
