π Role Overview
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and generating qualified leads for the sales team. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and a goal-oriented mindset.
π― Key Responsibilities
β’ Conduct cold calls to introduce our financial services
β’ Engage potential clients and understand their requirements
β’ Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
β’ Maintain a database with proper call notes and updates
β’ Follow up with prospects and nurture potential clients
β’ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead targets
β’ Handle client queries and objections professionally
β’ Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover
β Requirements
β’ Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
β’ Experience in cold calling or telecalling preferred
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
