About Us: At Highcrest Trading, we pride ourselves on delivering premium quality tea, coffee, and spices. We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales Executive to immediately join our factory outlet team and help us share our signature brands—like Keralachai, Kappicoffee, and Elaichi Gold—with our customers!

Key Responsibilities: * Welcome and assist customers, providing an excellent and engaging shopping experience.

• Promote and drive retail sales across our premium product lines.
• Answer customer questions regarding product origins, blends, and quality.
• Manage daily transactions, billing, and basic inventory tracking.
• Ensure the factory outlet remains organized, clean, and visually attractive at all times.

What We Are Looking For: * Proven experience in retail sales, FMCG, or customer service (preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and results-driven attitude.
• Ability to join immediately.
