Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Business Development professional for a full-time, on-site position located in Chennai. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to uncover new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and addressing client needs to ensure satisfaction. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals and deliver effective presentations to prospective clients, contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and identifying opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to drive business growth
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently to meet sales targets
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, is an advantage
