Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with expertise in customized CRM and ERP solutions for global markets (US/UK/UAE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating international business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client business requirements and propose customized CRM/ERP solutions
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
• Coordinate with internal technical and implementation teams
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records

Required Skills

• Proven experience in CRM/ERP sales or IT software solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in international B2B sales
• Understanding of customized software solutions
• Ability to manage complete sales cycle independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo, ERPNext, etc.
• Knowledge of SaaS or enterprise software sales
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
