We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with expertise in customized CRM and ERP solutions for global markets (US/UK/UAE). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating international business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in international markets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client business requirements and propose customized CRM/ERP solutions
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
- Coordinate with internal technical and implementation teams
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
Required Skills
- Proven experience in CRM/ERP sales or IT software solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in international B2B sales
- Understanding of customized software solutions
- Ability to manage complete sales cycle independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo, ERPNext, etc.
- Knowledge of SaaS or enterprise software sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
