Role Description

The Sales Business Development Executive will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT sales or digital marketing sales, along with team handling capabilities and complete ownership of targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through calling, emailing, WhatsApp, and follow-ups
  • Sell digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Website, Lead Generation, etc.)
  • Handle and close leads provided by marketing as well as self-generated leads
  • Manage, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
  • Take complete accountability of sales targets and revenue growth
  • Maintain sales reports, pipeline, and performance tracking
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT Sales / Digital Marketing Sales
  • Strong team handling and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven with a growth-oriented mindset
  • Target-focused and accountable for performance
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
