We’re hiring a Sales Associate to join our growing events team in Cincinnati. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys face-to-face interaction, high-energy settings, and the opportunity to earn based on performance.

You’ll represent brands at live promotional events, trade shows, pop-up activations, and community campaigns throughout the Cincinnati area — helping drive customer engagement and sales on-site.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Represent client brands at live events, retail pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
• Engage directly with customers to educate them on products and services
• Generate leads and close sales during event activations
• Help with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
• Track sales performance and meet daily/weekly targets
• Work closely with team leaders to improve sales strategy

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work evenings or weekends when events require

Preferred but not required:

Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, athletics, or events.
