Role Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving occupancy by acquiring new customers, building strategic partnerships, and expanding UniLiv's presence across Gurgaon and NCR. This is a field-based role requiring strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition through field sales and lead conversion.
- Build partnerships with colleges, universities, coaching institutes, corporates, and channel partners.
- Conduct property tours and provide personalized accommodation consultations.
- Generate business through referrals, institutional collaborations, and local networking.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Achieve monthly occupancy, revenue, and sales targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, Real Estate, EdTech, Student Housing, or B2B Sales.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and a strong sales aptitude may also apply.
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-centric and target-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel across Gurgaon & NCR.
