Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Vadodara. The Sales Associate will assist customers, provide exceptional service, and create an engaging shopping experience. Responsibilities include managing store displays, replenishing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role also involves supporting promotional activities, providing product knowledge to customers, and working collaboratively within a fast-paced retail team.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Basic knowledge in inventory management and merchandising
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
• Teamwork and collaboration skills
• Prior experience in retail or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in a related field is a plus
