Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Ahmedabad for a Rental Consultant at TCR The Citywest Realty. The Rental Consultant will handle tasks such as advising clients on rental properties, conducting property tours, managing lease agreements, and maintaining relationships with property owners and tenants. Additionally, the role involves negotiating rental terms, maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of market trends, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the leasing process.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
• Proficiency in Sales and Negotiation to maximize successful agreements in rental and leasing transactions.
• Basic knowledge or experience in Real Estate, including familiarity with property markets, leasing procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a team-focused environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working on-site and managing multiple client interactions effectively.
• Fluency in local languages and English will be an advantage.
