Sales Associate

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, based in Chennai. The Sales Associate will identify prospective clients, build strong relationships, and engage in daily sales activities such as cold calling, product demonstrations, and client follow-ups. The role requires an understanding of the company’s products and services, along with customer needs, to successfully meet sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Associate will work with the sales team to develop strategies and support long-term customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in sales techniques, customer relationship management, and lead generation
• Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Team player with collaboration and client-focused problem-solving abilities
• Experience in understanding customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly
• Knowledge of health information technology or related fields is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
