Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Sales Associate for a hybrid contract role based in Gurugram, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. In this role, you will engage with potential clients to understand their property needs, provide market insights, and present the best-suited solutions. You will assist in nurturing client relationships, driving sales growth, and meeting targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to prospective clients, managing inquiries, maintaining client accounts, and collaborating with teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications
- Proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge in real estate trends, market analysis, and customer-focused sales
- Experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and maintaining client satisfaction
- Ability to multitask, organize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and online communication tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the real estate industry or consulting services will be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving mindset and goal-oriented approach
