Working Timings: Rotational shift (24 hrs)

Mija is a modern fine jewellery brand specializing in lab-grown diamond studded jewellery. With a focus on sustainable luxury and contemporary design, we are looking for dynamic sales professionals to represent our brand at Mumbai International Airport (T2).

Key Responsibilities:

·      Welcome and assist customers, delivering a premium and personalized shopping experience.

·      Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery pieces.

·      Achieve individual and store sales targets while ensuring service excellence.

·      Maintain in-depth knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery craftsmanship, and collections.

·      Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure smooth transaction processes.

·      Manage store displays, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards.

·      Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through clienteling and after-sales service.

·      Follow airport retail protocols, security checks, and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

·      Zeal for sales in diamond jewellery retail sales (lab-grown or natural diamonds) or from luxurious goods companies.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).

·      Presentable, confident, and customer-focused.

·      Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 airport operations).

·      Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Hands on experiences in handling International Customers will be added advantage
