Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Ahmedabad. The role involves conducting market research, identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and assisting in achieving sales objectives. The Sales Associate will engage in both office-based and remote work, requiring excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include providing product knowledge, processing transactions, and supporting marketing campaigns.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Customer Relationship Management and Client Communication
  • Sales Acumen, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills
  • Strong Analytical and Market Research skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and digital tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in hybrid environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus
