We actively collaborate with urban local bodies (ULBs) to enhance dry waste management and work with FMCG organizations to manage plastic waste under Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) as per MSWM Rules 2016. Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, based in Pune District, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving growth targets. They will prepare and deliver presentations, generate leads, manage client accounts, and provide solutions tailored to meet client needs. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of projects and services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in client relationship management, communication, and customer behavior analysis.
• Strong background in sales, lead generation, and achieving performance metrics.
• Knowledge of waste management, sustainability practices, or extended producer responsibility is a plus.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports for various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in organizational and time management skills for handling multiple projects effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Flexibility to work both remotely and on-site in Pune District as required.
• Passion for environmental sustainability and a proactive approach to solving challenges.
