Job OverviewVardaan Events Private Limited is hiring a dynamic and motivated Sales Assistant for the upcoming Tamil Nadu Print & Pack Exhibition – 2nd Edition in Coimbatore.
This role is ideal for candidates with prior sales experience who are confident in client interaction, lead generation, relationship management, and closing business deals. Candidates with experience in exhibitions, trade shows, events, printing & packaging, or B2B sales will have an added advantage.
This is a temporary part-time role for approximately 5–6 months leading up to the exhibition scheduled on 2nd, 3rd, and 4th October. Strong-performing candidates may be considered for future exhibitions organised by the company.
• Generate exhibitor and client leads
• Follow up with potential exhibitors and close sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate stall bookings, documentation, payments, and exhibition formalities
• Support the sales and event coordination team in achieving targets
• Travel across Tamil Nadu including Tiruppur, Chennai, Sivakasi, and other industrial hubs for client meetings and promotional activities
• Assist during exhibition setup and event execution when required
• Maintain proper client records and follow-up updates
Candidate Requirements• Previous sales experience is mandatory
• Experience in exhibitions, events, trade shows, or B2B sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Tamil is mandatory
• Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities
• Comfortable with frequent travel within Tamil Nadu
• Self-motivated, professional, and target-oriented
• Immediate availability to join
Training & Interview Process• The company will provide basic training
