Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai. The Sales Application Engineer will provide technical support and expertise to customers while promoting and selling Arterial Blood Gas Analyzer. Primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, addressing customer requirements, troubleshooting product issues, conducting technical presentations, and contributing to sales strategies. Additionally, the role involves cross-functional collaboration with both sales and engineering teams to ensure the effective implementation of solutions tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Sales and Support.
• Competence in providing Technical Support and resolving client issues effectively.
• Educational background or hands-on expertise in Biomedical or Management streams.
• Ability to travel and work as a team.
