Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team for promoting and selling our services in the Lucknow region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service-based sales and marketing, preferably in industries like digital marketing, consultancy, education, facility management, or related service sectors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and networking. Meet with prospective clients to promote and sell company services. Understand client requirements and provide tailored service solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present proposals and follow up on negotiations. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain proper records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups. Participate in promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and trade events (if applicable). Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in service sales or marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Must be comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings. Good knowledge of the Lucknow market and customer base is a plus. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, email, etc.) Benefits: Fixed salary between ?15,000 to ?25,000 per month.
