Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand. The role involves developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, fostering relationships with new and existing customers, and conducting customer engagement and training sessions to promote our professional training offerings. The candidate will also oversee sales management processes by achieving the lead targets and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives, ensuring the alignment of marketing efforts with company goals. Qualifications Exceptional Communication and proven Customer Service skills. Proficiency in Sales, with experience in Training and nurturing client relationships. Competence in Sales Management, with a focus on meeting targets and driving growth. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams. Bachelor?s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous 2-3 experience in Educational, training, or technology sectors is a plus. Proactive problem-solving ability and adaptability in dynamic environments. Preferred Candidate must be from nearby locations
