This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Rohini, New Delhi. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include client interactions, building and maintaining relationships, managing and executing sales initiatives, and providing customer service. The candidate will also offer training and manage aspects of the sales process to meet organizational goals.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and address their needs promptly.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and achieve sales targets.
• Experience in Training to coach and develop skills in team members or clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and improve strategies.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
• Familiarity with the animation or media industry is an added advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
