Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Ahmedabad. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews with potential candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and propose tailored hiring strategies. Maintaining precise candidate records, building talent pools, managing applicant tracking systems, and providing feedback to candidates are critical aspects of your role. A proactive approach to continuously improving recruitment practices is integral to the position.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, and candidate interviews
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and knowledge of staffing tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation abilities
• Experience in collaborating with hiring managers to identify and fulfill staffing needs
• Proficiency in building talent pipelines and maintaining candidate databases
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Previous recruitment experience, particularly in IT staffing or digital transformation, is a plus
