Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in the Pune Division and involves contributing to the organization's sales and marketing initiatives. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will handle customer relationships, generate new client leads, create and manage marketing campaigns, and provide training to clients and team members. Additionally, the role includes active coordination with clients and partners to achieve business goals and foster long-term partnerships for organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to engage and maintain relationships with clients effectively.
- Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including driving revenue growth and managing client accounts strategically.
- Proficiency in providing Training to clients or internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Proficiency in using marketing and sales tools or CRMs to track, analyze, and optimize goals.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in global markets and business networking is a plus.
