This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building and cultivating client relationships, and increasing brand visibility. Additional day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies, delivering product training, and managing sales activities to achieve targeted goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing exceptional customer service will also be key aspects of this role.

• Strong skills in Sales and Sales Management to drive growth and meet business objectives
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and sustain client relationships
• Proficiency in delivering Training to sales teams for product understanding and effective sales techniques
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities to assess market trends and develop strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the food or FMCG industry is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment
